THE SPACE

The 375 square foot space features exposed white brick walls and three walls of windows that look out to the Manhattan Skyline. The space is on the 4th floor and faces north/west so the sun sets directly in the unit allowing for beautiful natural light all day long; however, if you’re looking to do something with controlled studio lighting, room darkening curtains are available. It’s perfect for content creators: photographers, videographers, bloggers, jewelry designers, brands, or musicians. The space is customizable to your needs - I recommend taking a tour of the unit before your rental so I can configure the space to your specific needs.
